Career Resource Specialist (CRS) - Arlington, MA

What you’ll be doing: Our Specialists assist adults and youth – often with barriers to employment such as a physical or mental disability. Your days will be varied, but the sense of accomplishment will be consistent.

 

  • Identifying a jobseeker's skills and interests; pursuing specific jobs and advocating for the client.

  • Vocational coaching: resume writing, interview prep, advise clients on overall best career practices.

  • Training, support, and monitoring of individuals at the job sites.

  • Transporting clients throughout the community.

  • Networking with local business and employers to identify job leads.


Where you will be:  This is a community-based opportunity which requires traveling in and around the Greater Arlington and surrounding areas.  

The hours of this position can be Full-Time or Part-Time, based on the needs of the chosen candidate.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or two years of experience working in a related field.
