Career Resource Specialist (CRS) - Arlington, MA

What you’ll be doing: Our Specialists assist adults and youth – often with barriers to employment such as a physical or mental disability. Your days will be varied, but the sense of accomplishment will be consistent.
Identifying a jobseeker's skills and interests; pursuing specific jobs and advocating for the client.
Vocational coaching: resume writing, interview prep, advise clients on overall best career practices.
Training, support, and monitoring of individuals at the job sites.
Transporting clients throughout the community.
Networking with local business and employers to identify job leads.
Where you will be: This is a community-based opportunity which requires traveling in and around the Greater Arlington and surrounding areas.
The hours of this position can be Full-Time or Part-Time, based on the needs of the chosen candidate.
